Over the last several years, Immersed Technologies has experienced an uptick in requests for technical instructors with subject matter expertise. Requests have been high for instructors who are experts in the areas of basic electrical and battery electric vehicle repair, maintenance, and high voltage safety.
In 2020, Immersed Technologies started working with a new customer, Complete Coach Works (CCW) of Riverside, California. They contracted with Immersed Technologies to teach basic electrical courses to their workforce. CCW is a family-owned business with over 300 employees and over 30 years providing world-class rebuild, refurbish, and retrofit services to the North American transportation industry.
CCW discovered they can use our qualified instructors to ensure their workforce learns what they need to know to develop the skills they need to succeed. Our instructors provide students with immediate feedback. They engage them in discussions of course content and how it applies in the workplace. They share their real-world experience and how a strong understanding of basic electrical skills can prepare them to knowledgeably and safely work with electrical components and systems.
